How we handle your information.

What we collect.

When you use the registration form, an enquiry form, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect only what's needed to respond to you and process your request:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your child's name, age and the programme you're enquiring about (where relevant to registration)
• Your postal code, if you ask us to find your nearest centre
• Any message or details you choose to include

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it.

Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm a registration, match you to the right centre, and — for enrolled families — administer your child's place at Edufarm. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp using the details you provide.

Who we share it with.

Form submissions are delivered to us using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, and WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms. We don't share your information with any other third party except where required by law, or with your consent.

How long we keep it.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. For enrolled students, records are kept for the duration of enrolment and a reasonable period after, in line with standard record-keeping practice for education providers in Singapore.

Your rights.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email enquiry@edufarm.com.sg and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's information.

Our registration forms ask for a child's name and age because that's necessary to enrol them in a programme. This information is provided by a parent or guardian, and is used solely for enrolment and class administration — never for marketing to children directly.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this page from time to time as our website or programmes change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
