Are the ingredients Halal?
Yes. Chef Adrian's baking workshops use halal-certified ingredients, so they're suitable for mixed groups, schools, community organisations and corporate teams.
What will we bake?
It depends on the session and season. Chef Adrian's creative seasonal favourites include cheesy potato pies, National Day mini donuts, Dubai chewy cookies, Mid-Autumn mooncakes and Christmas gingerbread houses, alongside cookie decorating. Every participant takes home what they make.
